If you are coming from the Hamilton side, look for the Welcome Bay Roundabout on State Highway 29. There is a Palmers Garden Centre on one corner AND NEW TRAFFIC LIGHTS. Take the Welcome Bay Road exit but turn almost immediately right at the next traffic lights into Ohauiti Road. Go up Ohauiti Road about 5km until the road forks. Take the left hand fork which is Rowe Road. Go to the very very end of Rowe Road. If you are coming on State Highway 2 from the Te Puke side, turn left into Welcome Bay Road just before the Shell Service Station at Papamoa. Go almost to the end of Welcome Bay Road (about 15km) and turn left at the traffic lights into Ohauiti Road then follow the instructions above. If you get to the roundabout you have gone too far.

Free Sausage Sizzle at lunchtime today. MX and Trail Riding until dusk. The tracks are open for leisure riding every day throughout the summer except for Christmas Day, weather permitting of course. Opening hours are from 8.30am until dusk. There's a free sausage sizzle every Sunday lunchtime and on Thursday evenings from 5.30pm. Phone 07 544 2251 to check weather and track conditions.
