Directions:

From Auckland Allow about an hour. The turn off to the forest is on the right 2 km past the Maramarua Golf Club on State Highway 2. The signs and arrows will start here. (turn right into Kopuku Road, then follow the arrows and signs till you turn left on to Schumacker Road. Yep it is confusing. Several crew members have been lost getting here. There are lots of roads that look right so watch the arrows.
Terrain: Round one of the three round DRD 2 man Series will be on freshly graded tracks and cater for the average and beginner rides in particular.

Two Races per day with Juniors and Rookie Ladies in the morning and Seniors (14 yrs and over) at Midday.

This is a fun event with trophies to third in each class. Teams racing at its best with lots of classes (Father/son, mixed gender, novice, Clubman, Expert, vets, ladies, solo) and encouragement for everyone.

Extreme fun for everyone. No competition licence required, no experience needed.
