TOKOMARU RANGE RIDE - Charity Trail Ride

Event CategoryEvent Type
Offroad/Trail Trail Ride
When: Sunday, 28th February 2010
Where: SH 57, between Shannon & Tokomaru
District: Horowhenua
Directions: Change to start venue - now Kaihinau Road, off SH 57, approx 8kms south of Tokomaru. It's on the right heading north, not far out of Shannon. See the coming evenings page on www.hmcc.co.nz for a map.
Classes: - Cost per rider: main track $30, kids track $20 - includes free lunch and drink.
Terrain: Track approx 42kms - some of it is fast flowing, some a bit more technical, so there should be something for everyone. Awesome views if the weather is good (here's hoping!) so pack your camera if you are snap happy. There wont be a fuel stop. This is the first time in approx 5 years that this area has been used for a trail ride. Kids/learner tracks available - these are supervised, however we are not a babysitting service and we prefer that an adult stays with the child.
